Real-time, time-series data can be downloaded from the SolarAnywhere data portal via the SystemCheck® Monitoring Dashboard or requested via API. For programmatic access, real-time data is available via both the asynchronous API and the synchronous API (beta). The asynchronous API supports data retrieval for the trailing 45 days up through the current hour and is recommended for higher volumes of data delivery. The synchronous API (beta), however, is optimized for near-term data retrieval (trailing 48 hours up through the current hour), and is advised for higher frequency call patterns.
You can learn more about the SolarAnywhere synchronous API (beta) here. SolarAnywhere real-time data is available with purchase of a SolarAnywhere® SystemCheck® license.
SystemCheck is a trusted, satellite-derived irradiance dataset used to independently estimate PV production in real-time. SystemCheck gives owners and operators of PV systems a scalable tool for use cases such as monthly benchmarking and operational monitoring of PV system performance.
SystemCheck (real-time) data is available to trial at no cost. Learn more here.
